Spiral movements are embedded in every level of our being, from our DNA to the structure of our bones, ligaments and muscles. Learning to feel these spirals and take advantage of them is a major theme in the Feldenkrais-Method®.

In this series Uwe will teach a series of Awareness Through Movement® lessons that will enable you to feel the spiral anatomy of the spine & torso in relation to the head as a source of power and agility. By becoming more aware of rotational movements around your central axis you will improve your balance, stand & walk better and experience an improved functioning in your daily life.

You do not need prior Feldenkrais® experience to enjoy this 6 week series. Please bring a mat or blanket with you and wear warm, comfortable clothes.
