How do I roll from my back to my side and belly easily? How can I get myself into a sitting position without struggle?  How do I get out of bed in the morning without discomfort?

Life is about being present, and one of the things we do a lot and don’t notice is transitioning from one set place or position to another. These transitions, like rolling on the floor, getting up into sitting, getting out of bed, are usually taken for granted until something goes wrong.

In this workshop you will experience lessons that will help you to transition from one position to another with more ease. You will sense yourself better, improve your special orientation and your transitional daily movements will improve.

Come to this Feldenkrais® workshop to re-learn some of the basic movements that you can use every day and make them easy!

" is not a stable process. Stability is for trees. For us, life is a process of risk and recovery. Each step we take is a risk. [Our] ability to recover is our greatest quality. (Moshe Feldenkrais)"

You do not need prior Feldenkrais® experience to enjoy this workshop.
