TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY|

Awareness Through Movement®

Tuesdays 9:30am - 10:30am EST

You can join any time.

Uwe Mester will guide you verbally through simple and highly effective movements. Each student is thereby involved in a personal process of “guided discovery.” Through increased awareness, you will learn to abandon habitual patterns of movement and develop new alternatives, resulting in improved flexibility and coordination.

Tuesday lessons are suitable for everybody, even total beginners.

Please have space in your living room and a mat or carpeted floor available. Positions you will be in: Lying on your back, belly or side (using a folded towel as head support). See you on the floor…

Awareness Through Movement®Advanced

Wednesdays, 6pm - 7pm EST

Please contact Uwe before joining these classes.

This class is geared towards people who are familiar with Feldenkrais lessons and are comfortable with complex and coordinated movements sequences. You will explore seemingly difficult and challenging positions made easy and pleasurable.

You should be somewhat comfortable being on your belly, sitting cross-legged, kneeling and standing, and the transitions in between. Ideally, you should have enough space in your room to be able to roll, crawl, or walk around.

Please contact Uwe to find out if these lessons are suitable for you.

“Make the impossible possible, the possible easy, the easy elegant….” - Moshe Feldenkrais
