Introduction lessons (6 Lessons)
Here are 6 Beginner lessons. Most of the lessons are very gentle and easy to follow. The instructions will be repeated many times. These lessons are great as in introduction to the Feldenkrais-Method.

Lesson 01 Holding knee and roll
A gentle first lesson - laying on the back. You will learn how the movement of your legs and influences the freedom of your neck. You will need some space on the floor to learn how to gently roll from side to side.
Lesson 02 Tilting legs in and out on the back
Discover how the tilting movement of your legs can help you to free up your back and find greater easer in bringing the arms overhead.
Lesson 03 Sidelying Connection between legs and back
This is a lesson in the side-lying position. Please have a flat cushion or a folded towel available that your head can rest on. In this lesson, you will learn to connect the movements of your legs to your back all the way up to your head.
Lesson 04 Diagonal extension of arms and legs on back and stomach
This lesson explores the diagonal relationship btw your arms and legs. For some part of the lesson you will be asked to lay on the belly.
Lesson 05 Relationship btw the Head, Chest & Pelvis
In this lesson, you will explore the coordination of movements of your head, eyes, chest, and pelvis.
Gentle turning motions will help you to become more aware of these fundamental relationships.
Lesson 6 Movement in the whole trunk
This lesson will combine some of the movements you did in the previous lessons. Some of the movements are more complex. You will find out how to improve movement in your chest - an area that for many people is very rigid.
