This series will deliver an engaging and gentle series of Awareness Through Movement® lessons designed to reduce muscular tension, promote relaxation and ease throughout the jaw, neck, and face. People who suffer from TMJ, neck discomfort, headaches, and face muscles, and shoulder pain will find this workshop, particularly to their benefit.

01 Gentle movements from the Jaw
This first lesson will help you to discover movement possibilities in your Jaw. These gentle movements can become the first step toward comfort in your Jaw, Face, and Neck.

03 Movement of the skull relative to the lower jaw
