The 5 lessons in this CHALLENGING series are recommended for those with prior Feldenkrais Method® experience and for people who want to expand on what they learned in the ADVANCED series. You will learn how the movement in your chest and sternum relates to movement in of your shoulders, neck & arms. Some of the lessons in this series are complex and physically challenging and will thus provide an exciting learning opportunity for the experienced student.

1. Butterfly wings advanced
Learn to soften the muscles in your rib-basket (instead of ribcage) to find the freedom to move your shoulders and neck with more ease.
2. Sinking the spine btw your shoulders
Become aware the movement of your spine and chest relate to each other and how more clarity helps you to move your arm with unexpected lightness.
3. Discover the moveability of the sternum
Learn to unfreeze movement in the joints your sternum and your ribs. Learning to soften the ribs will help you to turn the head with much greater ease and awareness
4. Rolling the head between your hands
