The 5 lessons in this ADVANCED part 2 series are recommended for those with prior Feldenkrais Method® experience and for people who want to expand on what they learned from the other series. These lessons are especially beneficial for people who work at the computer, musicians, and people who have to use their arms a lot in daily activities.
You will learn how to reduce strain and discomfort in your shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers. The lessons in this series will be done in laying on the floor and sitting. You will become aware of how to develop a strong support system from within.

1. Refined movement of fingers and wrists
You will find ways how to release unnecessary tension in your hands, fingers, wrists, and forearms.
2. Clapping hands
Learn how to reduce the effort in your hands by using your arms, shoulders, and chest in unexpected ways.
