What's Up with the Spine - Series CHALLENGING (6 Lessons)
The lessons in this series are geared towards people with a lot of experience in the Feldenkrais Method and people that like challenging, demanding lessons. They are not suitable for people who are new to the Feldenkrais Method or currently experience pain.
All these lessons were taught to advanced Feldenkrais students. Please contact me if you are not sure if these lessons are right for you.
Please remember to only do movements that you can do without stretching or discomfort.
01 Spreading the legs and erecting the back
A great lesson to become more aware of how the legs' spreading the moveability in the hips and spine are closely interrelated.
02 Advanced lateral flexion
This lesson will explore how to improve the side bending (lateral flexion) in various positions.
03 Circular movements of the spine while being on hands and knees

In the last lesson of this series, you will explore a “forward and up movement” through the entire length of your spine.
