What's Up with the Spine - Series ADVANCED Part 1 (6 Lessons)
In this series of lessons, we will look at ways to harmonize movement over the entire length of the spine. We are going to explore the natural curves of our spine - their flexibilities and their vital importance for easy movement. The development of an internal sense of its dimensions will help us to use more of ourselves.

Learn to find extension and flexion movements over the entire length of your spine in various spatial positions.
Lesson 03 Pelvic clock
Become aware of how movements from the pelvis influence your entire spine & chest all the way up to your head.
Lesson 04 Rolled blanket along the length of your spine
You are going to use a rolled-up blanket to become more aware of the location of your spine and experience its entire length. (This lesson requires a blanked that when rolled up is about 3-5 inches thick and about 3 ft long)

Discover the curves in your spine with the help of a rolled-up blanket. (This lesson requires a blanked that when rolled up is about 3-5 inches thick and about 2 ft long & and some extra support for your head).
06 Redefining the shape of your spine (Spinal chain)
This lesson will help you to get more mobility into the joints of your spine.
